Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through our official website, www.ayuvita.com.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customercare@ayuvita.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions. The item must be securely packaged and returned using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process your refund after the returned item has been received and approved. After processing, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, and is outside our control.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
